Susie has developed and run Active Strength Rehabilitation for the past 25 years.
It is a unique integrated small group-therapy program designed to promote strength, flexibility and balance in people recovering from injury or chronic weaknesses.
These classes (both in studio and online) are an extension of physiotherapy treatment. They provide supervised, personalised exercises and stretches. Susie focuses on postural retraining and coordination of core control and correct breathing techniques in her classes.
