Retreats

We offer secluded, luxury retreats designed to inspire and empower women around and after midlife. It is limited to a maximum of eight women, so individual care and attention can be given.

​ 

Our aim is to make your retreat nourishing, relaxing, healing, and fun. The program for the week will include yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques and other practical strategies to help you gain a deeper understanding and ability to manage stress.

Bali

Take time for yourself to enjoy a truly nurturing seven-day retreat that includes

Tasmania

Take some time to move at a quieter and more peaceful pace, while soaking up the natural beauty of Tasmania.​

 

This week-long retreat combines daily Mindful Movement, Qi Gong, and yoga sessions, while also visiting some special places in the wilderness and the city.  

 

Exercise includes:

  • Morning ‘Warm Up’ movements

  • Scenic walk (about 30 mins) to yoga studio

  • Yoga/mediation session

 

You will each have your own fully equipment private room in various locations around Tasmania.
